Broncos Win In Overtime

The Broncos knocked the Jets from the ranks of the unbeaten with a thrilling 6-0 win in overtime Monday night at Jaycee Park in a Reidsville Parks & Recreation Department 7-9 football game.

In the other game, the Bears blanked the Giants 21-0.

Both teams missed opportunities to score in regulation before Justin Jackson scored on a five-yard run in OT.

Jackson then recovered a Jets' fumble to end the game.

Kenneth Galloway and Michael Golden recovered fumbles for the Jets. Cameron Galloway scored a TD in First Quarter action.

Bears 21

Giants 0

The Bears scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to put the game away.

Dominique Watkins and Brad Allen had rushing touchdowns for the Bears and Hairston caught a TD pass to lead the Bears. Hairston had three extra point runs.

Justin Totten and Hairston had fumble recoveries.

Noel Cook and John Stephens recovered fumbles for the Giants.
