Irving, Myers Lead Redskins Win

Rhamel Irving and Denzel Myers combined for five touchdowns to lead the Redskins to a wild 32-21 win over the Vikings in a Reidsville Parks & Recreation Department 10-12 football game Tuesday night in Community Stadium.
In the other game, the Steelers blanked the Cowboys 8-0.

Irving scored on runs of 20, 60, and 10 yards to lead the Redskins. He also ran in a conversion and recovered a fumble.
Myers scored on runs of 2 and 10 yards.
Justin Smith ran in a conversion as well and Raheem Johnson recovered a fumble.
Tashawn Nimmons had an impressive night for the Vikings as he had TD runs of 43 and 69 yards and returned a kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown. Nimmons also had an extra point and Michael Millner had two PAT runs.
Kevon Cummings was credited with a fumble recovery.

Cowboys 0

Dominique Evans broke free for a 71-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to lift the Steelers, who also recorded a safety on defense.
Evans also had an interception and Mekail Winchester recovered a fumble.
Marques Mims, Chris Register, and Bradley Evans had fumble recoveries for the Cowboys.
