2017 --2016 was a special year for the Rams.  Very few things went wrong and the team capitalized on mistakes by their competition, and that equaled a state title.   The Rams loose a lot of leadership from the 2016 team, but their are Seniors ready to step up and take the place of the guys that departed.

Titus Jones will be running the offense and should do a fine job for the Rams.   He will have plenty of weapons to throw to and plenty of quality backs to carry the ball.   Tre Canada, Jalen Easley should see a lot of action out of the backfield.  Cameron Galloway and Brandon Lipscomb should lead the receiving corp.  The O Line will see the return of Alec Robertson, Donavan Pinnix, Anthony Slade along with Cole Setliff and Quad Lawson, the O Line should do just fine protecting Jones.

The Defense lost Johnson, Chestnut and Lee, but they return Rankin, Abel, Lawson, Canada and Wade.   Defense has always been the anchor of the  Rams and that shouldn't be any different this season.

Special Teams were outstanding in 2016 and that should continue into 2017.  Brad Green is gone, but Zack Baber and Cole Bennett will step in.   Cole Setliff returns as Long Snapper.   Isaac Hill, Lipscomb, Abel will be deep to return kicks and they should also be a big concern to the other teams when they are returning the ball.
